Geist FS-15 Flood Water Sensor with 15 ft cord measures dry, damp or completely immersed in water
The water sensor measures conductivity and indicates whether the sensor is dry, damp or completely immersed in water. When water or other conductive liquid is present, a tiny electrical current flows between the metal contactson the sensor. The sensor will not give false alarms due to condensation or high humidity. This unit connects to an analog input on the environmental monitor. A CCAT analog-to-digital converter may be used to connect to a digital port
