The LZ360-RF transmit up to 500ft to the B700 base station. The B700 base station can access USB HID input or USP serial CDC and operate as a second USB keyboard on any PC running Windows or Mac OS X. No special drivers or software is needed.The LZ360-RF is a rugged, industrial barcode laser scanner. Scanned bar code data appears as though it has been typed in, so any program that can accept data from the keyboard will accept data from these laser scanners. Just scan a bar code and the data will appear wherever your cursor is placed. 

This laser has improvements in both range, scanning speed, and optical reading sensitivity. It is perfect for office, retail, pharmaceutical, and warehouse applications.
