Signamax Connectivity Systems' 065-7418POETB Unmanaged Hardened PoE+ Industrial Switch is designed to operate in rugged environments with extreme temperature conditions. It is equipped with sixteen 10/100BaseT/TX RJ45 ports, which support the new IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (30 watt) and the earlier IEEE 802.3af PoE (15.4 watt) standards, and two Dual Media 10/100/1000BaseT/TX ports in a standard 19 inch rack mount package. The 065-7418POETB Unmanaged Hardened PoE+ Industrial Switch functions at temperatures ranging from -40° F to 167° F (-40°C to 75° C), and is tested for functional operation at even greater extremes: -40° F to 185° F (-40° C to 85° C). The 065-7418POETB is a plug-and-play switch, with no need for complex management interaction. PoE+ support allows the 065-7418POETB to handle Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) IP security camera requirements; its terminal block power connections allows external 48 VDC power supplies (sold separately) to be sized for the appropriate total wattage load of the switch, as determined by the summary load installed on its ports. Redundant external power connections are also supported.
